DECODED provides a 12-week coaching program including diagnostic audit, custom training and nutrition programming, ongoing support, and accountability tracking. Specific deliverables are confirmed during onboarding.
Full payment is required upfront before services begin. All sales are final. No refunds.
All payments are non-refundable. You are paying for access to coaching services, not guaranteed results.
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, complete check-ins as required, communicate any scheduling conflicts or obstacles promptly, and take full responsibility for your own health decisions.
DECODED provides fitness and nutrition coaching, not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any fitness program. Results vary based on individual effort, adherence, and circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
DECODED is not liable for injuries, health complications, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation. Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
You may discontinue at any time without refund. We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of terms, abusive conduct, or persistent non-compliance, also without refund.
